Planner-only use

The budget and journey selections are kept in your active browser session for the purposes of calculating and displaying your plan. The site does not deliberately save those selections to a user account or to browser local storage. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s own print function.

When you ask for clinic information

If you choose to submit the optional quote-request form, we request your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, broad planning preferences, desired timing, and your explicit authorization to share the inquiry with up to three matching participating fertility providers. Providers are independent and may contact you about their services. The Colombia Medical Network may receive compensation for introductions. Marketing messages require a separate optional selection.

Do not submit medical records or detailed diagnoses in this form. If a clinic needs sensitive health information, discuss a secure method of sharing it directly with the provider.

How to request access or removal

For data-rights requests, use the contact information provided by the Colombia Medical Network. The production data controller, contact email, retention periods, hosting processors, cross-border transfer disclosures, and withdrawal procedures must be specified in the final approved policy.

Analytics and third parties

We aim to measure general site usage and form conversion without passing contact details, diagnoses, or treatment selections into advertising analytics. The optional Google Fonts service may receive standard network requests from your browser; browser print/download functionality is local. Third-party hosting and analytics terms should be reviewed for the final deployment.
